At A Little Bit of Heaven Botanicals, every product is lovingly handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.

Due to the nature of our bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll do our very best to make things right, whether that means a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

Please note:  As our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, botanicals and appearance are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.
